Shipped quickly, easy to put together - no tools or extra hands required - looks clean and simple, and it spins like butter. One of the pieces was broken on arrival and they immediately replaced it at no extra charge. It's so rare to find a company that makes simple yet quality products, especially in natural materials, has good customer service, and is no nonsense.
