It is a nice, simple little stand and will work well for 5x7 cards…as long as it is just the cards. I make watercolor cards and put them into acetate sleeves, which add just enough width that they don’t fit into these slots without pushing them or “curling” them around to fit down into the slots. Which, I do not want to do, because, hello, handmade watercolor cards. For just cards, it will work well.
