We guarantee our products against breakage for one year. Simply return (prepaid) any product that breaks within a year of purchase and we will repair or replace it at no charge.

Goods returned prepaid will be accepted for credit under the following conditions: the return was made with prior authorization (Please call our customer service at 800-257-4550 or email email@example.com) within 60 days of purchase and the products are re-saleable. There is a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise returned as "defective" is subject to inspection before the claim can be allowed. Returns after 60 days from shipment cannot be accepted. SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE
When you receive your order, inspect it for any shortage or damage. If you discover either of these, notify the delivering Freight Carrier and us, at once, and file a claim promptly. Any delay may cause a loss. Our responsibility for delivery of goods ends when we have a signed Bill of Lading by Our Transport Agent. We cannot honor shortage or shipping damage claims beyond 7 days after delivery.

All orders must be prepaid, or paid by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. Public institutions such as colleges, libraries, and museums please contact us by fax or phone for other arrangements.
Orders within the 48 states are shipped by UPS, USPS, or Fedex Ground for best service and economy. Normal UPS rates apply based on weight, size of carton, and your location. All shipments are FOB Hinsdale, NH.

Hardware is not included with our shelving.
This is because the correct hardware to mount your shelf will be determined by the kind of wall you will be hanging it on. Please consult your local contractor or hardware store for information on what hardware is right for you.
Keep cleaning chemicals and fragrances away from acrylic shelving.
The chemicals in plug-in fragrances and cleaning products may interact with the acrylic and degrade and weaken it, causing the shelves to crack. For this reason, acrylic shelves are not recommended for bathrooms. We recommend a dry lint-free cloth to dust your acrylic, or use our acrylic cleaner.
Hang shelves out of children's reach.
Sometimes children are not gentle, shelves that are within their reach might be pulled, and if a child pulls hard enough a shelf could break. Keep your kids (and your shelves) safe!
Use your shelf without alterations.
Unless you have a special drill for acrylic, adding a hole can actually weaken the material and cause it to crack. If you have a specific need, call us - we make items to order!
