Goods returned prepaid will be accepted for credit under the following conditions: the return was made with prior authorization (Please call our customer service at 603-256-6644 or email sales@clearsolutionsinc.com within 60 days of purchase) and the products are re-saleable. There is a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise returned as "defective" is subject to inspection before the claim can be allowed. Returns after 60 days from shipment cannot be accepted. Re-pack in original packaging if at all possible. Acrylic must be free of scratches and must be In original condition. Wrap acrylic in plastic bags or tissue paper, use enough packaging so the product does not shift or rub together during shipping. Product must arrives back in our facility undamaged. We cannot accepts scratched or broken items.
When you receive your order, inspect it immediately for any shortage or damage. If you discover either of these, contact us at once. We cannot honor shortage or shipping damage claims beyond 7 days after delivery.
Do not dispose of damaged items until you contact us. Many of our items can be repaired with replacement parts. We will send replacement parts for damaged items if possible. If you decide you do not want to keep the product you can return it pre-paid.
